Be it any given day; trust our tinsel town divas and dapper men to paint the town red in their fashionable best. Welcome back internet tribe, Saturday just got spicier as we bring you a consolidated list of ‘Who Wore What’ for the entire week with our fashion segment- Moonwalk!
So, before we dive deep into the weekend, let’s have a look at the fashion moments of the entire week.
KATRINA KAIF
For her appearance at Javed Akhtar’s birthday party, Katrina outshone them all with not one but two stunning outfits!
Kat chose to sizzle in a sexy tangerine number from label Alex Perry that came with bonus features- sculpted shoulders and a sexy open back. Risqué-y!
For her second look, Kaif oozed glamour in a sheer and lacy Rasario number. She opted for strappy silver heels to go with her stunning corset dress. For both the looks she opted for her signature nude glam and soft curls!
Bull’s eye!
MALAIKA ARORA
Styled by Maneka Harisinghani, Malaika soared the temperature this winter with her uber-bold avatar in label Malak El Ezzawy. A tangy satin long coat from 431-88 by Shweta Kapur added a bossy element to her ultra-crop top and pants. Layers of golden chains served as a perfect accessory to her classy attire. Arora opted for kohl-rimmed eyes and nude glam to go with her attire. That taped braid defined all things grungy.
Marvellous Malla!
AYUSHMANN KHURRANA
Ayushmann is back on the list this week with his monochrome magic. Styled by Isha Bhansali, he opted for a printed Anuj Madaan suit. Classy whits, turtle necks and oodles of swag…we can’t get enough of this look!
On point, always
VARUN DHAWAN AND NORA FATEHI
Allow the co-stars of Street Dancer 3D-Varun and Nora to school us on how to nail a suited look!
Styled by Vainglorious, VD looked every bit gentleman in this classy black suit from label Boss. The spunky printed tie added a bit of a drama to his crisp attire. With shiny Versace shoes and well-groomed stubble, he looked promotion ready!
Bond girl Nora, on the other hand, gave the lads a run for their money in this well-fitted tuxedo and a fancy bow tie from Raghavendra Rathore. Minimal accessories and pointy pumps added on to the bossy element of her look. With pink lips shimmery eyes and a chic ponytail, she was ready to slay!
Suit up and slay
BHUMI PEDNEKAR
Bhumi added dollops of shine and shimmer to our list with her sequined Manish Malhotra drape. Opting for sans accessory look, she let her shimmery saree do all the talking. Radiant glam, nude lips and textured waves gave justice to her look.
Sensuous and sultry
KANGANA RANAUT
Kangana yet again showed us how to do a winter dressing right- the traditional way! She channelled sophistication in a classy Rina Singh striped ethnic ensemble and accessories from Roma. Red lips, winged eyes and straight tresses rounded off her elegant look.
Classy and sassy
DEEPIKA PADUKONE AND KAREENA KAPOOR KHAN
Both Deepika and Kareena left us high and dry with their monochrome avatar this week.
Deepika broke her Saybasachi streak and opted for a 70s look in polka prints from label Paul & Joe. A voluminous buffon with a knotted headband added on to her frilled and breezy dress. We have no love no hate for this attire, but given her statuesque features, this one is a bit of a downer. Also, she needs to experiment a little more on the makeup front.
Known to stun us with her sartorial picks, Kareena let us down with this one. This leopard print blazer with a lacy bralette top from Judy Zhang did not work wonders for our beauty!
Prints and polka gone wrong!
ANANYA PANDAY
Ananya brought rainbows and unicorns to our list with her spunky hand-beaded number from label Clio Peppiatt. Feathers, sequins, beads, this peppy number blended all of this and so much more. However, we wished she would have opted for a fun and spunky makeup to go with her attire.
Perky and peppy, however something missing!
SARA ALI KHAN AND KRITI SANON
Sara and Kriti failed to spread their neon magic this time around…
Sara’s sequined pony Stone top and latex neon Nasty Gal skirt failed to work its charm. Be it the in-your-face sequined top or an overdose of neon with skirt heels or nails, there was nothing right about this look.
Teaming up a sequined Deme Love dress with a neon pink belt is a big NO, Kriti!
Neon gone wrong!
ZOYA AKHTAR
We have no comments on Zoya’s overwhelmingly shimmery look. Well, not good ones at least!
