Moonwalk: ‘Mamma Mias’ Priyanka Chopra Jonas- Sonam Kapoor Ahuja add GLAM in GLAMOUR; Disha Patani-Tara Sutaria keep it sexy!

The weekend is back and so is PeepingMoon.com’s coveted fashion segment- Moonwalk! With the fashion week, film promotions and award shows lined up for the week, we were blessed with a generous dose of sartorial extravaganza indeed.

PRIYANKA CHOPRA JONAS

Yummy-mummy Priyanka shelled out desi girl vibes hosting a Pre-Oscars event in an onyx black saree elevated with sequin detailing and a cut-out hemline. The strapless blouse oozed a dash of sex appeal to her elegant attire while jewels from Bulgari added an element of sparkle to her outfit. She completed her traditional look with winged eyes, an earthy brown pout and romantic curls resting on one side of her shoulder.

SONAM KAPOOR AHUJA

Sonam gave us a glimpse of her first maternity look this week and we are convinced that we are in for a sartorial ride. Not trying too hard, the mum-to-be kept it neat and bossy in a blue blazer set by Paul Smith designs. Her co-ord set was teamed with a white spaghetti top that hugged her tiny bump and sneaks from Nike. A delicate necklace served as a dash of glamour to her formal look. The stunner rounded off her look with a bold pout and a straight hairdo.

DISHA PATANI AND TARA SUTARIA

Making an appearance for the wrap-up party of their upcoming film, both leading ladies Disha and Tara opted for a sexy corset look. Disha channeled her inner black swan in a House of CB corset LBD that bore puffy sheer sleeves. Winged eyes and long locks styled in soft, romantic curls gave justice to her beauty.

Tara, on the other hand, kept things dramatic in an earthy brown Cecil number and jazzed it up with minimal accessories, pointy pumps and a tiny bag. Her look was put together by a radiant dewy glam, smokey eyes and tresses styled in inward-curls.

Rocking the corset trend

KARAN JOHAR AND ALIA BHATT

Karan channeled dapper desi vibes rocking an embroidered sherwani from label Manish Malhotra. Oversized Louis Vuitton sunglasses and Dolce & Gabbana shoes completed his rad look.

Alia channeled elegance draped in a mellow-yellow Sabyasachi drape that bore little floral deets. The sequined strapless blouse added a dash of sparkle to her desi look. A pair of statement jhumkis and a minuscule bindi completed her look.

KANGANA RANAUT

Kangana added a pop of colour to our week with her sequined neon number from the label Taneya Khanuja. Her look was completed with silver chain-link necklaces, a dramatic hairdo and understated makeup.

Popping hues on a sexy muse

RAKUL PREET SINGH AND JACQUELINE FERNANDEZ

Promoting their upcoming release, Rakul and Jacqueline have been serving some stellar looks. However, these two are our favourites for the week! Rakul added dollops of shine and shimmer with her platinum crop and column skirt set from Rudraksh Dwivedi.

Jacqueline was a vision in white wearing a lacy Self Portrait midi dress with a plunging neckline and long sleeves. Minimal accessories and an understated glamour completed both their looks.

Here were some of our favorite divas claiming the red carpet with her modish sartorial picks:

YAMI GAUTAM DHAR

Yami rocked a futuristic Amit Aggarwal look that featured a metallic bodice with daring cut-outs and a flowy gown skirt with ruched details on the waistline. Skipping the statement accessories and opting for a subdued glam, she let her outfit do all the talking.

ALAYA F

Alaya added shine and shimmer to the red carpet of the gala with her strapless Amit Aggarwal number that came with sequin details. While we liked the outfit, it was her glam game that had our attention. Dramatic eye makeup with soft nude lips and wild curls gained her an extra brownie point for the look!

SHIBANI DANDEKAR AKHTAR

Shibani kept it edgy with her shiny latex gown from Deme Love that came with laced up detailing. Her outfit was teamed with a Balenciaga bag while her look was put together with dewy glam and a chic ponytail.

SONNALLI SEYGALL

Sonali opted for a latex look in a little black dress that came with statement sleeves. She kept her look minimalistic with a shiny pout and blushed cheeks and tied her long locks in a classic bun.

SOPHIE CHOUDRY

Sophie looked oh-so-sexy in a scintillating gown from Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna. An OTT glam with smokey eyes, popping fuchsia pout and soft curls completed her look

PARUL GULATI

Parul looked drop-dead sexy in a corset dress that came with a feisty plunging neckline and a daring thigh-high slit. She skipped the statement accessories and opted for understated glamour with textured curls to make her outfit the hero of her look.
