Moonwalk: 'Fendace babe' Nora Fatehi rings in the IIFA 2022 extravaganza; Malaika Arora-Tara Sutaria keep it chic!

Hello fans and fashionistas, Peepingmoon.com brings back the weekly dose of fashion segment a.k.a the Moonwalk! With the conclusion of the Cannes extravaganza and the beginning of the awards season, the fashion soiree in the tinsel town is just getting started. Our beloved Bollywood brigade has descended to Abu Dhabi to kick start the IIFA Awards and we feel sartorially blessed already!

So before we witness the red carpet extravaganza ahead of the gala, here’s a quick recap of all the notable looks for the week!

NORA FATEHI

Nora stole the show with her chic ‘Fendace’ look and there’s no denying that. The diva gave her bossy separates a sexy twist by pairing the look with a black bralette layered underneath a mesh bodysuit and stockings. Opting for minimalist glam and accessories she made sure that her outfit steals all the thunder!

MALAIKA ARORA

Making chic seem like an understatement, Malaika dropped another look bomb for the week dressed in a Frisky dress that bore a one-shoulder detailing and a thigh-high slit. A pair of printed pumps and a subtle glam completed her look.

SHAHID KAPOOR

Shahid had us floored with his dapper look in a powder blue blazer set from Gaurav Gupta. The textured blazer layered over a classy white shirt and matching blue pants surely made for a soothing vision.

TARA SUTARIA

Tara kept it bossy for the week donning a monochrome suit. A dewy glam with minimal accessories and a poker straight hairdo completed her overall look.

MANUSHI CHHILLAR

Manushi made for a dreamy vision in a white Ridhi Mehra saree that came with ruffled detailing and a statement-making blouse. A pair of dazzling diamond danglers added a dash of sparkle to her serene drape. Keeping things understated, the diva opted for a dewy glam with oodles of bronzer and styled her locks in soft romantic curls.

Ananya added dollops of sunshine to the event with her popping David Koma separates. Bold lips, beach wave tresses and statement accessories completed her look.

Divya dazzled in a strapless GIUSEPPE DI MORABITO sequin dress that bore an asymmetrical and ruffled hemline. Minimal accessories and an understated glamour did justice to the look.

Sara’s semi-formal look from the label RSR by Riti Rahul Shah did not hit this week’s fashion mark. The dress failed to complement her beauty while the subtle glam and soft curls did not do any justice either. Fingers crossed to see a stellar look from this beaut at the gala scheduled ahead.

AISHWARYA RAI BACHCHAN

Aishwarya’s Rohit Bal look did not manage to hit the right fashion notes. The look came off as very basic compared to the drama this beaut can bring to the table. Also, those red lips and soft curls have been her go-to glam for quite a while now, nothing giving room for any experimentation.
