With the sudden demise of Rishi Kapoor, a glorious chapter of Indian cinema has closed forever, but will always be an indelible part of our memories. The actor drew curtains from a splendid show called life when the nation was yet to come to terms with Irrfan's passing away. Accepting a tearful goodbye from his friends and family, Rishi said alvida today morning at 8.45 am. Leaving his wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni with priceless moments to cherish till eternity, Rishi left behind a legacy in Indian cinema that can never be matched.

Rishi was cremated at the Chandanwadi Crematorium this afternoon with a few family members and friends in attendance.
