With the norms of social distancing in place, people all over the country are celebrating the much-awaited ‘garba fest’ of Navratri in spirit by flaunting the dedicated hue for the day. While we certainly cannot celebrate dandiya nights in its truest form, we can surely doll up for aartis and take part in festivities!
Today marks the fifth day of the nine-day festival and as per the hue trend, the colour of the day is white. Dedicated to goddess Katyayani, the colour white symbolizes purity, peace and meditation. It is also believed that wearing white today, brings the worshipper prosperity and peace.
