Apart from spending quality time with their family members and dishing out major ethnic wear goals, celebs also attend grand Diwali parties hosted by Bollywood biggies. Ahead of the festival, here's looking back at the best B-town Diwali parties that we will miss this year! 

Shah Rukh Khan

Well, who better to start the list off than the king of Bollywood? Shah Rukh Khan is known for his Diwali parties. From Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar to Madhuri Dixit, Kajol, Juhu Chawla, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, stars make it a point to head to Mannat to have a night full of fun and laughter. The highlight of all Diwali parties by SRK is wife Gauri Khan's decor. The couple and their three kids - Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan & AbRam Khan - play warm hosts on the occasion and make everyone feel welcome.

Amitabh Bachchan 

No one does it like Big B! Amitabh Bachchan makes sure to reunite the entire Bollywood together at his Diwali parties. The legendary actor, along with wife Jaya Bachchan, kids Abhishek Bachchan-Shweta Bachchan Nanda and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, hosts a huge list of guests. Their bash sees some of the biggest names from the Hindi film industry in attendance. The Bachchans dress up in their ethnic best as do their guests.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra

Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra also celebrate the festival of lights with grandeur. Each year, the couple throws a big party for their friends and colleagues from the industry. Be it their decoration or the yummy menu--everything at the party is on point. Aayush Sharma, Arpita Khan, Salman Khan and their family members are regulars at the Shetty-Kundra Diwali bash.

Salman Khan  

Salman Khan not only hosts a beautiful party for his B-town friend on Diwali but also makes sure to attend each and every bash. The actor turns host on Diwali along with sister Arpita Khan Sharma, who invited several B-town biggies home for a Diwali get-together. Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover, Sohail Khan, Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora are a few names who join in the celebration. 

Karan Johar 

Parties & KJo go hand in hand! Karan Johar know how to throw one big party. In 2019, Karan rounded up all the youngest stars of Bollywood such as Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aaryan, Alia Bhatt and others for a special Diwali photoshoot. Everyone dressed up in the loveliest pink and yellow outfits for the photos and the get-together created quite some buzz. 

Ekta Kapoor

Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor also throws a Diwali party each year for her friends from the industry. Her event is always attended by some of the biggest names of the entertainment world. The who's who of the television industry make their way to the Kapoors' house in their gorgeous ethnic wear. Pictures and videos from the party often go viral on social media. Not only B-town but even TV celebs grace the bash. 

Anil Kapoor 

Every year, Anil Kapoor and his wife Sunita host a grand party at their Juhu residence during Diwali. The star-studded affair is attended by the likes of Janhvi Kapoor, Boney, Khushi, Shanaya, Sonam Kapoor, Anand Ahuja, Rhea Kapoor, Arjun, Anshula, who arrive in stunning ethnic ensembles for the big bash. Apart from family members, several B-twon stars also make it a starry affair.

Akshay Kumar

It's not every day that the Khiladi of Bollywood hosts a super grand party for his B-town friends. The actor, who likes to maintain a disciplined life and avoid late-night outings, surprised everyone as he hosted one of the best Bollywood parties in 2017. The actor made sure to invite every Bollywood friend of his and make it a starry affair. AK hosted it along with author-wife Twinkle Khanna and made sure to throw a kickass bash.
