Actor Allu Arjun prominently works in the Telugu film industry. His uncle, the well-known actor Chiranjeevi, one of the most successful actors in Telugu cinema, was born into a family connected to South Indian cinema. After making his film debut as a young performer, Allu Arjun went on to feature in a number of well-known films, including Race Gurram (2014), Vedam (2010), and Paragu (2008).
Arjun Birth Date and Family:
On April 8, 1982, in Madras (modern-day Chennai), Allu Arjun was born into a Telugu household of film producers Allu Aravind and Nirmala. Allu Ramalingaiah, a well-known cinema comedian who starred in more than a thousand motion pictures, was his paternal grandfather. Palakollu in the Andhra Pradesh district of West Godavari is their birthplace. Prior to his family relocating to Hyderabad in his 20s, Allu Arjun was born and raised in Chennai.
Out of three children, he is the second. While his younger brother Sirish is also an actor, his older brother Venkatesh is a businessman. The actor Chiranjeevi's wife, Surekha Konidela, is his paternal aunt. He is actor Ram Charan's first cousin.
Arjun Personal Life:
Allu Arjun got married to Sneha Reddy on March 6th 2011 in Hyderabad. Sneha gave birth to the couple`s first child, Allu Ayaan, in 2014.
Arjun Debut:
Allu Arjun debuted as a child artist in the film Vijetha at a very young age, following in the footsteps of his uncle Chiranjeevi. In the year 1985, his father Allu Aravind produced the film. Nonetheless, the actor debuted in a major role in Gangotri (2003), directed by Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao. His next movie, Arya (2004) directed by Sukumar went on to become a major box office hit. By 2007, Allu Arjun had starred in five movies and won at least one award for four of his performance.
Movie Arya 2, a psychological love story, he went on the win his first Filmfare Award as Best Actor. Allu Arjun also appeared in a short film I Am That Change (2014), which he produced as well. The well-known actor's most recent appearance was in Gunasekhar's Rudhramadevi (2015), India's first 3D historical drama.
His other noted performances include Duvvada Jagannadham (2017), Angu Vaikuntapurathu (2020), Pushpa: The Rise (2021) and Pushpa 2: The Rule, is scheduled to release in August (2024).
