Ranveer Singh’s mother Anju Bhavnani arrived for her son’s wedding reception at The Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on December 1 and looked ethereal in a black and gold embellished outfit. This is the second reception that Ranveer and wife Deepika Padukone are hosting for close friends in Mumbai.

Before the Mumbai event, Ranveer and Deepika hosted a reception in her hometown Bengaluru. For the do, Deepika looked royal in a gold saree while she wore traditional jewelry to accessorise her look – make-up was simple while her hair was tied in a bun and she wore sindoor. Ranveer, on the other hand, was handsome in a black bandhgala by Rohit Bal.

Ranveer and Deepika will conclude post-wedding festivities with another reception in Mumbai on December 1 – hosted for their friends and colleagues from the film industry.

Deepika and Ranveer married according to Konkani and North Indian rituals in Italy. The Konkani wedding was held on November 14 and the North Indian wedding, on November 15. The wedding was a private affair as only 40 guests were reportedly invited.
