In a conversation with Film Companion, the actress opened up on the approaches to cultivate both bodies. Speaking of the bikini body, Taapsee mentioned that one has to follow a streamlined approach, that is, to simply shed weight. “Nothing between your skin and bones. That's what you have to achieve if you look at the kind of bikini body that people expect to see; slim and slender,” she said. Talking about herself the actress said she doesn’t have the body frame that can complement that kind of a look. “I am an athletically built person, so even if I get down to skin and bones, you won't see that petite frame that you see with a lot of other actors.”

Taapsee stated that one needs to follow a scientific approach to carve an athletic body. “Every muscle requiring a different exercise. Attention is also paid to what you eat, and what kind of workout you do, to the kind of machines you use. It's a different ball game altogether,” she concluded.

All set to stream on Zee 5 this Friday, Rashmi Rocket is Taapsee’s third digital release. She was last seen in Netflix’s Haseen Dillruba opposite Vikrant Massey, co-starring Harshvardhan Rane.
