Known for his ‘body of work’ quite literally, actor Varun Dhawan is touted as one of the fittest stars in the showbiz. Flaunting those chiseled abs and toned bod, the actor often gives a glimpse of his fitness journey through his social media account.
Recently, Varun put his ‘First Class’ gym routine to good use and turned fitness instructor for his Judwaa 2 co-star Manoj Pahwa. In a video shared on his Instagram stories, Varun asked Manoj about his gym and diet routine.
In the video, Varun is seen asking Manoj, “How much did you do right now?” to which he replied, “40 minutes.’ Validating his dedication VD said, “Kar toh rahe ho, roz.” Manoj then told the actor that he works out for 5 days a week. Toh phir (Then why)?” quizzed Varun referring to why he hasn’t lost the weight yet. Varun is then seen asking Manoj about his diet plan. To this, Pahwa replied saying he eats fruits for breakfast. “Fruits main nahin manta,” replied Varun.” Next 10 din mein, main aapko weight loss karane wala hoon (In next 10 days, I will make you lose weight),” he continued saying he will help the actor lose weight.
Well, we are definitely waiting for this transformation to happen!
On the work front, the Varun was last seen in Coolie No. 1. The actor has smashing projects like Bhediya, Jug Jug Jeeyo and Bawaal in the pipeline.
