Popping colors in quarantine! Miley Cyrus embraces the grunge on the cover of Wall Street Journal's current edition

Miley Cyrus is amongst the many celebrities that are attempting to make our quarantine tolerable by keeping us entertained. With her livestream stint with Bright Minded: Live with Miley or her successful experiment with SNL, the diva is doing her very best to keep our spirits high in these gloomy times.
