Not confining itself with a certain set of norms, the fashion industry is breaking barriers with its every single move. For the first time in Vogue’s ‘herstory’, the glossy witnessed a Drag Queen as its issue coverstar
Vogue Brazil’s October issue cover featured renowned drag artist Pabllo Vittar as its coverstar. A recipient of multiple awards and Latin Grammy nominations, Vittar is known as one of the most accomplished drag performers in music.
For the issue cover, Pabllo exuded opulence and drama, dr4essed head to toe in Gucci. She kept her makeup radiant with false lashes and glossy nude lips and styled her mane in gelled waves. Such a Queen!
Joining Pabllo, drag queen Gloria Groove sizzled on the next issue cover with her dramatic makeup consisting of shimmery blue eyes, winged and graphic eyeliner, glossy pink pout and Gucci-clipped hairdo.
This move makes these drag queens the first-ever coverstars to appear on Vogue. Take a bow!
