Embodying grace and simplicity, Lakshmi Menon pays homage to a ‘sari’ with Vogue India’s ‘Body & Soul’ issue

Ever since Vogue India ushered a new era of beginnings with its Reset edition, helmed by the new Head of Editorial Content, Megha Kapoor, magazine covers have come across a refreshing change. Case in point- the glossy’s latest March issue cover featuring model Lakshmi Menon.

After a hiatus from modeling and becoming a mother, Lakshmi returned to Vogue India and turned muse for it’s latest issue. Exuding elegance and simplicity, the model posed in a minimalistic Fab India six-yard to pay homage to the surreal ‘sari.’

Styled by the magazine’s Head of Editorial Content Megha herself, Lakshmi kept it understated with just a drape wrapped around her envy-worthy curves all while exuding her luminous glow. A barely-there glam and a classic bun completed her look.

For other shots, the model oozed elegance in drapes from Akaaro and Ankaa.
