Deepika Padukone's MET Gala outfit may have been ripped apart by fashion critics but Cannes has clearly been an annus mirabilis for her. Be it a simple white tee and jeans or the flamboyant frilled fuchsia gown, Deepika has set tongues wagging as she nailed every look during the Cannes Film Festival.

And now as the actress departs, she still managed to slay us all in her all brown ensemble. Donning a beige coloured dress with beige jacket, Deepika still managed to amp up the glam factor at the festival. She paired her look with a pair of stylish sunglasses and stilettos.

In Cannes, the Padmaavat actress was being hosted by L'Oreal, the cosmetics brand she represented at the festival.

The previous year, the Deepika excitedly shared about her visit to Cannes. She said, “I mean, just look at the view, look at this place! I haven’t stopped smiling since I came here, the energy is really high here. It’s just so good to be here, look at the platform and what it is (sic) cinema, how it brings people together from across the world – there couldn’t be a better time and place.”
