After trying her hands at acting, Shweta Bachchan Nanda is all set to launch her prêt line in collaboration with ace fashion designer Monisha Jaising. The two fashion icons have worked together to launch MxS, a luxury fashion line and guess who has been the inspiration behind it? Well, it is none other than Shweta's fashionable daughter Navya Naveli Nanda.

As per a report in a leading daily, the idea behind the brand came after Shweta's artistic interface with Monisha. Apparently, for a common friend’s 50th birthday, Shweta approached Monisha for designing an exclusive outfit as she thought the designer will be able to translate her vision into a stunning ensemble. Eventually, the two came up with an effortless yet stunning creation after several brainstorming sessions. That's when Shweta felt that they should launch a capsule collection together and thus, MonishaxShweta was born.

Well, the collaboration does not come as a surprise to many since, over the years, Shweta has become a name to reckon with in the fashion industry and her sartorial sense matches with Monisha's chic and laid back designs. In fact, the Bachchans including Navya, have been spotted wearing Monisha's eclectic creations on several occasions.
The report further added after much research of raw material, sketches and embroidery, the first sample had made its way to the collection at the shop floor after a quality check. Moreover, Shweta's father Amitabh Bachchan too took to Twitter to congratulate her daughter for adding another feather to her cap and termed the collaboration as a "partnership between two unique and creative minds."
