Gucci Beauty is back with its newest campaign and it’s gonna leave you shook! After questioning the norms of beauty and perfection many times in the past, the label is back with a bang to question the idea of perfection with their newest range of lipsticks and you have to see the details!
Collaborating with Alessandro Michele, Gucci Beauty has launched their new range of lipsticks in various shades, focuses on the abstract idea of beauty and challenges the notion of perfection. Named ‘Rouge à Lèvres Voile’, the collection features 18 shades, designed to suit one and all.
What caught everyone’s attention was the details of the campaign. Crooked smiles, stained teeth, people of color and shape…all in all, an all-inclusive campaign that questions the societal norm of perfection and beauty while celebrating the beauty of imperfection, now that is something!
The collection even made it's debut at MET Gala 2019 red carpet this year, with courtesy Alessandro Michele, who was the co-chair at the gala. Check out the campaign here:
Unlike other labels and brands, the campaign included shots of smeared lipstick, over-lined lips, crooked teeth and many such phenomes while celebrating anti-beauty in its truest form.
It’s here guys, the revolution is finally here! More power to us, praise B!
