Dressed in a white tank top, Katrina was seen holding a paper, which displayed two circuit series with an elaborate list of exercises, set, repetitions and weight.
Jumps, squats, lunges and deadlifts were the part of the first circuit whereas press, pushups and planks were included in the second.
