Amidst all the negativity and unfortunate news, there’s finally a breath of relief for the fashion fraternity in 2020. After several months of shutdown and closures, certain restrictions are being lifted up in terms of non-essential business that includes some of the designer flag stores.
Owing to the public and worker’s safety in these tough times of global pandemic, the designers had shut down their stores and workshops for an indefinite period. But, as the world is adjusting to this new normalcy, many high-end labels are reopening their stores with an extra set of precautions. Midst all the COVID crisis, Designer Manish Malhotra and Shantanu & Nikhil re-opened their flagship stores in Delhi.
Manish shared a post on his social media to announce the opening of its Delhi store with a limited staff. To avoid a large gathering of enthusiastic shoppers, the label has resorted to the option of allowing store visits with prior appointments. He is all set to open up his Hyderabad stores as well on May 25, 2020.
Label Shantanu & Nikhil too, got their Delhi’s Defence Colony Store up-and-running by adhering to the precautions at their end. While they are yet to open other flagship stores in the coming period of time, the designer duo has given their customers an option to virtually connect to the stores via video calling and go through their curated digital catalogs meanwhile.
