Ahead of International Yoga Day, Malaika Arora brings '14 Days 14 Asanas' challenge for fans
Actress, model, and fitness enthusiast Malaika Arora has always been the one to give us some hot-bod goals and generous enough to share its secret with her fans as well. Taking it to her social media, Malla has time and again posted some yoga asanas that could be done from anywhere.
Fourteen days before the International Yoga Day, Malaika brought a fun challenge for her fans that could be beneficial health-wise as well. Called #14Days14Asanas,’ this challenge will feature Malaika practicing and acing her favorite asanas.
Kickstarting this challenge, Malaika shared the pose of the day, ’Sarvangasana’, and explained to her fans how to perform it. Not just this, Malla has asked her fans to do the same asana, click a picture, tag her as well as her yoga institutions as well.
For the unversed, Malaika has always been inclined towards yoga and has also co-curated chain of studios, The Diva Yoga. Propagating fitness through this ancient and organic form of exercise, this 45-year-old beaut never fails to give us fitness inspiration.
