Puma’s brand ambassador and ‘Propah Lady’ Sara Ali Khan has always known to break stereotypes by being unapologetically herself and it shows. From being a chubby girl to one of B-town’s diva with toned hot-bod, Khan’s transformation journey deserves every bit of spotlight.
In an exclusive chat with a leading magazine, the actress got candid and shared her tips on self-love and quarantine fitness regime. With the gyms shut for an indefinite period, staying fit at home with indoor workout sessions is the least that we all could do. When asked about her fitness regime in the times of social distancing, Sara said she looks forward to this time of the day as it is her most productive hour. She likes changing up her workouts and so she resorts to some weights and virtual Pilates session with Namrata Purohit. Not just this, she also enjoys some boot-camp fun workouts with her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan.
Speaking about her diet, Sara said that she isn’t on any diet. “I’m not following any specific diet but I’m trying to control my portion sizes,” she concluded.
