Just when we thought the Croc evolution couldn’t get any crazier, the world was introduced to its freakish, wackier and weirdest concept so far! Allow us to present to you the new social distancing shoes (as we like to call it) – ‘Croc Heels’ Yep, you heard that correct. Yep, sadly they exist!
Crocs have turned into a blazing phenomenon overnight to offer us a variety of its avatar. Right from the 'Cyprus V' that are sold on Amazon to the Balenciaga's Barbie doll piece, these duckbill-shaped shoes have spread their reach to be available in heels of all shapes and sizes.
This freakish makeover, that we are sure the world will never need was given by a Montreal based artist Gai Bois. Specializing in Instagrammable art, the 21-year-old artist curates art that is uncomfortable and at the same time, oddly fascinating. As one of her pieces, she created a Croc-heel that had its dotted head and strap but was fused with a pointy pink heel. Her caption stated this piece of art was ‘Balenciaga inspired.’
And while we are at it, here’s a look at the ‘Balenciaga inspired’ shoe:

With no intention of making money off this creation, Bois said that she made it just for the art. Obviously, I made this piece as a joke and have no intent of capitalizing on it,” she stated. Well, we hope so!
Croc heels- Yay or Nay…what’s your pick?
