Wholesome sustainable diets to balanced workout activities, mum-to-be Kareena Kapoor Khan’s first trimester routine REVEALED!

Kareena Kapoor Khan has always garnered ‘Tareefan’ from the fans and fashionistas for her svelte figure and envy-worthy curves. Right from her Tashan days, KKK has been the talk to the tinsel town for her 'size 0' figure which she attained shedding oodles of weight. Well, the journey wasn’t easy as it took dedication and commitment on Kareena’s part along with the guidance of her nutritionist, Rujuta Diwekar. 

Pregnant for the second time now, Bebo admitted to not making the same diet mistakes that she made while carrying Taimur Ali Khan. In an interview with a leading daily, she mentioned that she had put on 25kgs weight during her first pregnancy. Last time, I just took myself for granted and became huge. I put on 25 Kgs. And looks like she is taking her words seriously. Recently, Rujuta shared a glimpse of Kareena’s diet that she followed while working on her shot-at-home Filmfare cover for the May issue. Bebo was already in her first trimester at that time and this on-point described diet gave us an insight about her pregnancy diet. Eating five light meals a day, Diwekar made sure to include all the necessary carbs, proteins and fats for Kareena. The actress also followed some light fitness regime that consisted of cardio, yoga routine and home strength training workout with regular intervals from time to time. 

Though this diet is quite easy to follow, it may or may not always work out for other pregnant ladies considering various factors. However, by the looks of it, it’s all about sustainable diets and light workouts that are pretty easy to follow.
