Case in point- Bella Hadid’s recent post with an important mental health message.

"That feeling of not thinking that you're good enough or being insecure about your art is natural, but at the same time, I feel like it's taught," Willow was heard saying in the clip. Bella too, poured her heart out saying, "this is pretty much my every day, every night for a few years now." Giving her fans the reality check, the supermodel said that reality is far from what is shown on social media. "Social media is not real. For anyone struggling, please remember that. Sometimes all you've gotta hear is that you're not alone. So from me to you, you're not alone. I love you, I see you, and I hear you," she continued.

However, Bella also assured those struggling to stay strong and keep going. “I want you to know, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, and the rollercoaster always comes to a complete stop at some point,” read an excerpt of her caption. She also said that she learned this lesson the hard way and it took her several ‘breakouts and burnouts’ to come to terms with this fact. It took me a long time to get that in my mind. But I've had enough breakdowns and burnouts to know this: if you work hard enough on yourself, spending time alone to understand your traumas, triggers, joys, and routine, you will always be able to understand or learn more about your own pain and how to handle it. Which is all that you can ask of yourself." She concluded her post by saying thank you to all those who saw and listened to her.

Being a mental health advocate for years, Bella is one of many celebrity influencers from showbiz who spoke openly about suffering from mental depression. Social media can be cruel at times adding fuel to the fire. Maybe it’s time we all be sympathetic towards each other battle this TOGETHER!
