The first trailer of Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie and Diego Calva starrer Babylon is out. Directed by Oscar winner Damien Chazelle, it is safe to say the trailer is completely bonkers as it takes a wild ride into the bylanes of Hollywood where Pitt falls off a balcony, Margot prepares to fight with a rattlesnake and complete mayhem ensues.
Margot plays an aspiring actress with albeit vague but starry dreams in her eyes to make it big in Hollywood while Pitt plays an established star. The trailer is short on plot details but the visuals are chaotic yet spectacular as they depict the rowdiness prevalent on both film sets and late-night parties. The film is set in the 1920s, and traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood as the industry navigates the crucial transition from silent films to talkies.
