Who knew that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson also had such a great sense of humour? The actor who shared screen space with Priyanka Chopra in her Hollywood debut Baywatch has joked about being the one responsible for bringing together the Quantico actress and singer Nick Jonas. Speaking to an entertainment portal he quipped that he was secretly the matchmaker behind the romance. When he was asked about the highly talked about the relationship, he asked, “Are they happy?” After being answered in affirmative he went on to say that he acted as the cupid between Nickyanka!

Johnson further took the credit when he was sure that the new couple is happy together. He cordially confirmed his role in playing matchmaker to his former co-stars. He said, “Well then, I take credit. Baywatch and Jumanji,” referring to the two films that he did with Priyanka and Nick respectively.

Priyanka and Nick have been grabbing attention with their relationship. Nick even came down to India to visit Priyanka’s mother and family. The lovebirds are expected to make things official soon. While the two have been close-lipped about their relationship status, they have not refrained from showering love and affection on each other on social media. When in India, the couple took to Goa with Priyanka’s family including actress and PeeCee’s cousin sister Parineeti Chopra.

Nick and Priyanka have been spotted wearing matching rings although they were not on that finger, it looked identical. The couple even spent a romantic Fourth of July holiday together. Nick had previously taken Priyanka to his cousin’s wedding where she had met his family. His brother had said that PeeCee seemed very nice and she really clicked with the family, he also said that they looked happy together.
