Doraemon's Nobita to marry Shizuka in film Stand by Me Doraemon 2, Twitter sheds tears of joy!

It won't be wrong to say Doraemon has been an important part of our childhood. One of the most-watched Japanese manga and anime series, it has a special and large fanbase across the globe. If you've watched the episodes of the series, then you must be aware that Doraemon, a male robotic cat travels back in time to help a preteen boy named Nobita Nobi. Nobita wholeheartedly cares for his female friend Shizuka Minamoto. Now, years later, the characters have grown up and are set to get married! 

In the poster of the upcoming film titled Stand by Me Doraemon 2, Nobita and Shizuka are finally getting married to each other. CBI Pictures, on their Twitter handle, shared the poster of the film. "This February, the all-time hot story returns to the big screen. STAND BY ME Doraemon 2 starting February 2021 only in theatres," the tweet read.

Soon after the poster was released, fans of Doraemon and lovers of Nobita - Shizuka shed tears of joy and excitement on Twitter. One user wrote, "when this release i’ll be sending off my childhood for the last time and i’ll literally get all emotional watching nobita marrying shizuka and doraemon there be looking so proud of him." Another user wrote, "Doraemon stans assemble...our boy Nobita did it"
