Sandra Bullock joins forces with Brad Pitt for the first time in the action film Bullet Train?

This is big news. Sandra Bullock is boarding the train and joining forces with Brad Pitt in his Sony assassin film Bullet Train. This is the first time the two Oscar winners will cross paths on screen. David Leitch will be directing the actioner. He is also overseeing the rewrite of the script by Zak Olkewicz.

Bullet Train is the screen adaptation of Japanese book Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka. It centers on a group of hitmen and assassins with conflicting motives on a train in Tokyo. According to media reports, the film has been described as Sandra’s Speed meets Liam Neeson’s Non-Stop.

Bullet Train also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Joey King, Zazie Beetz, Andrew Koji and Michael Shannon. Ryosuke Saegusa and Yuma Terada of CTB Inc., who represent Isaka and the IP, are executive producers on the project.

Kelly McCormick will produce Bullet Train through 87North along with Antoine Fuqua. The film will be executive produced by Kat Samick and Brittany Morrissey is the executive overseeing the project for Sony Pictures. The project details are closely guarded as of now.
