Chris Evans and Lizzo are winning the internet with their recent social media banter. Lizzo is feeling good as hell after Chris replied to her flirty direct messages on Instagram. The singer revealed in a hilarious TikTok video on Saturday that she has sent the actor a drunken message on Instagram after one too many and warned fans about the perils of the drunken state. “Don’t drink and DM, kids…. for legal porpoises this is a joke,” she captioned the post.
In the video, Lizzo lip-syncs to a TikTok audio by Tatayanna Mitchell in front of her one-sided conversation with Evans. In the video she says, "The reason I am upset about this one, is because I know I am not going to be able to marry him, and honestly, it hurts me to the core. Damn Papa, he's a rare breed, there's no comparing. Like Chris…" A screenshot of Lizzo's DM displayed a combination of emojis that included a woman tossing a basketball.

However, her day was made when Chris, who is known to be quite a charmer, replied to her post ad said with a kiss emoticon, “No shame in a drunk DM, god knows I've done worse on this app," alluding to his own self-deprecating NSFW pictures of his privates he mistakenly uploaded on his Instagram Story last year.

Chris eventually started following Lizzo on her Instagram handle as well. This cute interaction is not the first time these two exchanged sweet words. Back in 2019, Lizzo even asked Chris to marry her after he commented on one of her throwback videos.

Lizzo shared a video and captioned it saying, "Rare footage of me as a child." Chris shared words of admiration when he tweeted, "This kid is cooler than I could ever hope to be." The tweet had the singer popping the question in her reply, saying, "wow marry me."
