On Monday evening (early Tuesday in India), the much-awaited MET Gala 2022 was flagged off. The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual gala returned to its regular May slot after 2 years of COVID-19 pandemic. The theme for this year is In America: An Anthology of Fashion. Among all celebrities, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds made noise for all the right reasons.
Blake and Ryan followed the theme, gilded glamour, and painted the town red on the red carpet. For MET Gala 2022, Blake wore a custom transforming Versace gown. As she walked up the iconic MET stairs with Ryan, she was seen in a copper-toned gown. However, in the middle of the stairs, three attendants arrived to help Blake with her dress; Ryan walked ahead. The copper-coloured dress was then transformed into a blue coloured stunning gown.
The transformation drew claps and cheers from the media as well as fans. Ryan, like a proud husband, couldn't stop applauding her. Blake's transformation left him surprised and his reaction won the hearts of netizens.
