Britney Spears got married to her fiance Sam Asghari on Thursday, as per reports. However, the wedding was dramatically interrupted by her ex-husband Jason Alexander. He ended up at Britney and Sam's wedding without any invitation, and even live-blogged the gatecrash on Instagram.
According to reports, Jason told the security at Britney's wedding that the singer, who was his first and only wife, invited him. The Ventura County Sheriff's Office reached the singer's residence after a complaint of trespassing was lodged. Reportedly, Jason has been booked for trespassing, vandalism, and two batteries over his physical altercations with security. He is said to be in police custody.
Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart told a publication, "I am personally working with the sheriff's department to ensure Mr. Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law." In his live video, Jason said, "Britney Spears invited me here. She's my first wife, my only wife. I'm her first husband. I'm here to crash the wedding, because nobody's here but Sam, so where the (expletive)'s the family?"
Britney and Jason got married in January 2004. However, the marriage was annulled just 55 hours later. Later in September, she married Kevin Federline and shares sons Sean and Jayden with him. The couple parted ways in 2007.
