Tom Holland and Zendaya's Spider-Man: No Way Home to re-release in India on September 2 with additional scenes; Avatar to make a comeback for 2 weeks ahead of sequel

Hollywood junkies are having a great time! There are two significant reasons for the same. Recently, it was announced that Spider-Man: No Way Home and Avatar will be re-releasing in India but only for a limited period. 

Sony Pictures Entertainment and Marvel Studios announced that Tom Holland and Zendaya's Spider-Man: No Way Home will return to India on September 2. In addition, 10-minute unseen footage has been incorporated for fans to enjoy. Sony’s India division released a statement that read, "After the humongous success of Spider-Man in Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021, Sony Pictures Entertainment India now announces the re-release of the blockbuster superhero film with all-new additional footage on 2nd September across theatres in India."

On Tuesday, it was announced that Avatar will return to theatres in India on September 23. It will be in cinema halls for 2 weeks and will be shown in formats including IMAX, 4K / HDR and 3D. Avatar will be re-released in India three months before the release of its sequel titled Avatar: The Way of Water. The second part of the film will hit theatre globally on December 16, 2022.
