Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be seen on the big screen after a long time. She is headlining the upcoming Hollywood film titled Love Again with Sam Heughan. The film is scheduled to release in theatres globally on May 12 this year. On Valentine's Day, Priyanka launched the trailer of Love Again digitally. It is directed by James C Strouse.
The trailer of Love Again introduces us to Rob Burns, who's just been through a breakup and doesn't wish to find love anytime soon. On the other hand, there's Mira Ray, who's dealing with the loss of her fiancé. In order to keep him alive in her life, Mira sends a series of romantic texts to her fiancé's old phone number without realising that it now belongs to Rob. With the help of megastar Celine Dion, he decides to meet Mira in person.
Love Again's trailer revolves around Rob and Mira's budding love story which is sensitive and mature. Priyanka's husband, American pop singer Nick Jonas makes a cameo in the trailer of the film. They are seen together in a scene.
Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Priyanka wrote, "We made this film in difficult times most of it away from our loved ones but everyday on set was special, especially with the incomparable @celinedion and my amazing co-stars @samheughan, @russelltovey, @sofiabarclay. Happy to be sharing our labour of ♥ @loveagainmovie."
Written and directed by James C Strouse, Love Again also stars Russell Tovey, Steve Oram, Omid Djalili, Sofia Barclay, Lydia West, Arinze Kene and Celia Imrie. It is produced by Screen Gems and distributed by Sony Pictures.
