BAFTA 2023: All Quiet on the Western Front dominates, The Banshees of Inisherin wins big along with Elvis; SS Rajamouli's RRR & Shaunak Sen's All That Breathes miss the mark

The winners of the 76th British Academy Film Awards or BAFTA 2023 were announced on Sunday. SS Rajamouli's feature film RRR & Shaunak Sen's documentary All That Breathes were representing India. While RRR and All That Breathes couldn't make it to the final cut, the German film All Quiet on the Western Front dominated the awards ceremony. It took home 7 awards including the best director award, adapted screenplay, cinematography, best score, best sound and best film not in English.

On the other hand, the Irish film The Banshees of Inisherin and the biopic Elvis scored big. All That Breathes lost the trophy to Navalny. RRR lost it to All Quiet on the Western Front. For the unversed, BAFTA can be viewed in India on Lionsgate Play.
