Akshay Kumar is all geared up to take over Indian’s 71st Independence day with Reema Kagti's GOLD. The film is making all the buzz and for the right reasons. Along with Akshay, the film features Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Vineet Kumar Singh, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal in the pivotal roles. The actors are busy promoting the film in full swing which releases tomorrow, August 14.

While Mouni gave it this promotional event miss, the leading men of GOLD were spotted together having a blast with the media.

Kajol, who is all set to return to the big screen with her upcoming film, Helicopter Eela, was papped as stepped out with her onscreen son Vivan played by National Award-winning actor Riddhi Sen, for an event.

Imtiaz Ali and Ekta Kapoor have joined hands to bring the iconic and enigmatic legendary story of Laila Majnu on screen. The film marks the debut of two new names – Tripti Dimri and Avinash Tiwary. The debutants were clicked at a media meet in the city.
