Hema Malini launched her dance ballet troupe with Ramayan under the banner Natyavihar Kalakendra on September 29 and the role of Sita which she has been portraying on stage over two decades was now played by her daughter Esha Deol Takhtani with the same beauty.

Hemaji has been creating dance ballets from mid-1980's and has produced many ballets such as Meera, Savitri, Durga, Mahalaxmi, and Radha Krishna. The actress who is one of the most celebrated Bharatnatyam dancers, she continued her stage performance along with her movies and political commitment.
