Kajol and Ajay Devgn are going through a tough phase in life as the latter lost his father, veteran action director Veeru Devgan on May 27 due to prolonged illness. On Tuesday evening, that is merely a day after her father-in-law's death, Kajol was snapped outside a suburban hospital to meet her ailing mother Tanuja who is admitted to undergo treatment for an undeclared illness. An emotionally weak Kajol made a quick entry into the hospital premise as the cameras clicked her.

Addressing Tanuja's illness, a source close to Kajol's family told a leading daily that Tanuja is admitted in the hospital for the last one month and shall be getting a discharge within two to three days.
