The festival of lights Diwali has officially begun today with Dhanteras being the first day of the five-day festival. While everyone is in a happy and festive mood enjoying the holidays and homemade savouries, it’s work calling for Alia Bhatt. The actress has left for Ooty this morning and won't be in Mumbai for the festive season. She was accompanied by her co-star Aditya Roy Kapur as well. 

After taking a 3-day break to London to catch up with sister Shaheen Bhatt and beau Ranbir Kapoor in London, Alia starts shooting for Sadak 2 at the hill station. Aditya and Alia were clicked at the airport today.

Sadak 2 is one of the highly anticipated sequels of 2020 and is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and co-stars Sanjay Dutt, and Pooja Bhatt.
