Deepika Padukone sent her fans into a zone of excitement when she announced her collaboration with director Shakun Batra for his upcoming relationship drama. The film that is said to be belonging to a genre called 'domestic noir' was scheduled to go on floors in March but got delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Now, as travel restrictions have eased down, the yet-to-be-titled project is all set to roll in Goa.
Deepika, to begin the shoot, travelled to Goa on Friday. The actress, who recently got herself a new hairstyle specifically for Shakun's film, headed out of the bay dressed in a neon outfit. Wearing a white mask and carrying a pink bag, the actress waved out to the shutterbugs present outside the private airport in Mumbai. Deepika will be in Goa for around 2 months.

Deepika was joined by her co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi. The actor, for the journey, opted for a printed shirt and pants. Reportedly, Siddhant will romance Deepika in the film.
Ananya Panday, who is also a part of the relationship drama, already jetted off to Goa with her Khaali Peeli co-star Ishaan Khatter a few days ago.
Shakun's film is produced by Karan Johar under his banner Dharma Production.
