In just a few hours, the story of Captain Vikram Batra's bravery, valour and courage will be retold. Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, director Vishnu Varadhan and producer Karan Johar will bring the Kargil war alive once again on Amazon Prime Video through their film Shershaah. Skipping a theatrical release, the biographical war drama will stream on OTT from August 12. Ahead of its premiere, the team of Shershaah hosted a private screening for some close industry members at a studio in Mumbai.
The screening of Shershaah was held on Tuesday afternoon. Celebrities like Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif and her sister Isabelle Kaif got an exclusive chance to witness the story of Captain Vikram Batra, who sacrificed his life for the country at the age of 24. Though rumoured couple Vicky and Katrina attended the screening, they didn't pose for the cameras together.

Recently, Sidharth and Kiara hosted a screening of Shershaah for Captain Vikram Batra's family and Indian Army authorities in Delhi. In an exclusive interview with PeepingMoon.com, Sidharth, Kiara and Vishnu told that reviews coming from the Batra family and the Indian Army matter the most to them.
