On Wednesday, Akshay Kumar lost his mother Aruna Bhatia. The Bollywood superstar returned to Mumbai from London days before his mother's demise to be by her side in the hospital. The funeral took place on Wednesday afternoon. 

Post the funeral, Akshay's friends from the industry paid him a visit at his residence to offer condolences. Sanjay Dutt was spotted arriving at the superstar's house.

Shilpa Shetty also headed to Akshay's residence to offer condolence. 

John Abraham, who is one of Akshay's closest buddies, came to meet the grieving family. 

Rohit Dhawan was also seen outside Akshay's residence.
