India's disco king Bappi Lahiri passed away in Mumbai at the age of 69 on Tuesday night. The family, in a statement, informed that the funeral will take place on February 17 after the singer-composer's son Bappa's arrival.
Bappa returned to Mumbai from the US during the wee hours of Thursday.
Bappa flew down with his wife Taneesha Lahiri and his son Krishh.
In April 2021 when Bappi Da had tested positive for COVID-19, Bappa was in Mumbai with his family.
Reportedly, the funeral will begin at 10 am today.
