Shashi Kapoor's Chautha: Rekha, Hema, Rani and other celebs pay tribute to the late actor

The legendary veteran actor, Shashi Kapoor due to prolonged illness passed away on December 4, 2017.

Gathered at Prithvi Theatre on December 4, family members and friends of the late actor came to pay their tribute on his chautha.

Present from the Kapoor khaandan were Randhir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor Neila Devi, Reema Jain, Babita Kapoor, Sanjana Kapoor, and others.

Cousins, Armaan and Aadar Jain were also present.

Veteran actresses such as Rekha, Waheeda Rehman and Hema Malini paid tribute as well.

In attendance were also Rakesh Roshan, Jeetendra and Naseeruddin Shah with wife Ratna Pathak and son Vivaan Shah.

Others who also attended were filmmakers Kiran Rao and Ashutosh Gowariker, Sunil Shetty, Rani Mukherjee and Soni Razdaan, Alia Bhatt's mother who was seen talking to the late actor's daughter Sanjana.

Singer Asha Bhosle and musician Gulzar were among the attendees.
