The Kapoors out together for dinner make a heart-warming and classily stylish sight. There’s daddy Rishi in his trademark colourful tee and no-nonsense expression. Mama Neetu looks effortlessly warm and elegant. Ranbir always ends up looking uncomfortable under the glare of the paps. His sister, the Delhi-based Riddhima Kapoor Sahni drips chic. And then there’s the blooming star of the group – little Samara who is evidently a true blue Kapoor all the way!

This quintet was naturally snapped up eagerly as they stepped out for a meal en famille at a popular city restaurant. And they also graciously took time out to pose for the waiting photog posse. It was Samara who was the most effervescent, as she pirouetted and waved and blew kisses to the cameras. Most unlike her notoriously shy uncle, Ranbir!

Samara’s grandparents absolutely dote on her – that is there to see. Riddhima had stated in the past that her dad’s current focus is now reserved for his granddaughter. It was different when she and Ranbir were growing up. Back then, their father was “a big hero and really busy and we were busy with our lives. But he made it a point to be home when we were home which meant we could not go out after six! He would play games – he loved quizzing Ranbir and me to check our general knowledge. He was a very strict parent and we were scared of him but now I am glad he was. He was a superstar but we were very grounded,” she had shared.

We don’t see much of that strictness in Rishi, the grandpa. In fact, Riddhima had also revealed, “Samara is just like my dad — she is totally like him. She has him and Ranbir wrapped around her little finger and she means business. Girls chase Ranbir and he runs after Samara.”

Lucky, lucky Samara!
