Ishaan Khatter is flying high with all the appreciation he has been receiving for the performance in his Majid Majidi movie Beyond The Clouds. Well, this little brother of Shahid has another reason to celebrate! The shooting of the Shashank Khaitan movie Dhadak featuring Ishaan and Janhvi Kapoor had come to an end.
Check out the happy pictures of the lead pair, as they clicked by the paps in the city. Also seen is daddy Boney Kapoor, who, we are sure, is super proud of his princess.
Unfortunately, Janhvi's mom Sridevi is not here to witness the happy moment. The superstar breathed her last in February this year, after drowning in a bathtub in Dubai. She passed away on February 24th, leaving behind a grief-stricken family.
However, Janhvi has the love and support of her Bollywood family.
Karan Johar, who is backing the film, on Tuesday shared a photograph of the film's lead pair along with Khaitan.
"The warmest trio at Dharma Movies! Shashank Khaitan is truly the strongest guide, mentor, friend and above all director! Janhvi and Ishaan are truly the heartbeat of 'Dhadak'," Karan captioned the image.
While Dhadak, which is the Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat, will mark Janhvi's foray into Bollywood, Ishaan's debut film will remain Beyond The Clouds.
Sairat was critically acclaimed for its content and performances by newcomers Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar.
