Sonam  Kapoor’s boyfriend and soon to-be-hubby Anand Ahuja arrived in Mumbai on Friday afternoon ahead of their May 8 wedding. Sonam, who has been in a steady relationship with Anand for years now, is all set to tie the knot on coming Tuesday. The actress remained tight-lipped over speculations of her marriage, and only confirmed the development in a statement released recently.

Dressed in a black t-shirt, beige pants and sports shoes, Anand seemed busy on his phone.

However, the dulha struck a pose or two for the paparazzi.

Anand is the son of Harish Ahuja of Shahi Exports. It is regarded as India’s largest export house. The company has a reported turnover of over Rs.450 million.

For their wedding, Sonam and Anand ditched zeroed in on e-invitation cards as they both believe in going green. Around 100 of the couple’s special guests have received their e-invites. But some who are even closer to the Kapoors didn’t even need that – proud father of the bride Anil Kapoor has personally called up each and every guest to invite them to Sonam’s big day.

Sonam and Anand shall exchange vows on May 8, 2018. The same evening the newlyweds shall host a reception for family and friends at The Leela in  Mumbai. Guests have been requested not to bring gifts, as their gracious presence is all that is desired.
