The LBD, fur details, pearl add-ons, tweed and so much more, these iconic elements are his contribution to the brand. But his ideas and his love for his work often became a problem to the others, but it never fazed him. He has more than often been a part of controversies which found its foundation in his proactive and sometimes, statements.

And oh boy, his fortunate cat, Choupette inherited a legacy of 14,000 crores! Talk about ICONIC!

Dolce & Gabbana has cancelled a high-profile catwalk show in Shanghai following an outcry over what many in China perceived to be a racist marketing campaign, where a Chinese model was seen eating Italian food with chopsticks. Although the video was removed within 24 hours, social media was flooded with remarks and flak for the same. The co-founders then issued an apology. “We are very sorry for any distress caused by these unauthorized posts, comments, and direct messages. We have nothing but respect for China and the people of China," they said in a statement.

L Brands has cancelled 2019’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, saying the decision was part of a move to “evolve the messaging of [the company]”. The brand acknowledged that sales continue to decline, but netizens and critiques think that's not entirely why they cancelled the show. Some also suggest that it was because many protested at their lack of inclusivity at the runway. Well, what are your thoughts?
