Let’s face it; we can never get enough of our stylish divas strutting down the streets like the world is their runway! Safe to say, the year 2019 was all about fashion and good looks as we spotted our favourite celebrities slaying us, one outfit at a time. These celebrities inspire millions with their impeccable style and signature looks, and who better than our tinsel town divas to vouch for this fact!
These tinsel town divas create quite an impact on our style choices and fashion picks, because, who wouldn’t like to look like their favourite celebrity?! Everything they do instantly becomes the trend of the season.
Although these divas were not constantly spotted giving us looks to die for, all year long, but whenever they stepped out, they made headlines with their appearances! Some were prominent in the first half of the years, while others, in the second half of it. Check out the dose of goodness, right here:
PRIYANKA CHOPRA JONAS
Wholeheartedly sexy and downright jaw-dropping; if this doesn’t describe Priyanka’s versatile wardrobe, we don’t know what does! When at home-ground, PeeCee turns to her loyalist Ami Patel for subtle yet noteworthy looks.
But back in the States, Mrs Jonas breaks all the sartorial barriers to give us path-breaking looks of all sorts!
ANUSHKA SHARMA
Two words- Class apart. Nailing any given look with sophistication and subtlety is Nushki’s signature style. There was seldom any time in the year when we weren’t happy with this diva’s fashion picks.
Although this Bolly diva vouched for clean and crisp looks more often, but, when the event demanded, Sharma stepped out in all her glory!
ALIA BHATT
Just like her blockbusters, Alia’s personal style has only grown from strength to strength this year. Blingy jumpsuits, ethereal ethnics and glamorous gowns; it won’t be wrong to say Bhatt’s sartorial year was quite versatile.
Slaying us with one look at a time, Alia surely owned this year in the number of appearances that she made.
KATRINA KAIF
Though Kaif stepped out a tad bit less than other divas, there was not even one time when we missed to notice this beaut. This fashionista turned beauty entrepreneur always followed the mantra of less is more in most of her outings.
But sometimes, she embraced her diva-image making our eyes pop and jaws drop!
ANANYA PANDAY
This ‘IT’ girl turned style icon is an inspiration to all the millennial kids out there.
Groovy outfits, chic appearances and trendsetting looks, Panday hit all the right fashion notes this year.
TARA SUTARIA
Spunky, comfy and equally glamorous; these words are apt to define Tara and her style. Be it sporting uber-chic outfit or flaunting traditional ensemble with nazakhat, Tara brought in the best of both worlds this year.
We wait to see what looks this Gen-next fashionista has in store for us in the coming year.
SONAKSHI SINHA
The junior Shotgun was unabashed and unapologetic with her sartorial choices and owned every look that she donned. For most of the time, Sona embraced boho love, which was quite a trend this year.
Apart from her statement indie looks, we spotted Sinha in scintillating couture, power-packed pantsuits, sultry sarees and glamorous gowns.
SHILPA SHETTY KUNDRA
Shilpa and her unconventional drapes dominated the tinsel town and gave us more than one ways to drape the six yards of elegance. But that’s just not it; this new age saree nari supplied us with looks to die for.
There ain’t no thing as too much bling, isn’t that right Shilpa?
KIARA ADVANI
This bombshell came as a surprise package for the second half of the year and with lip-smacking looks that were too good to miss. The actress made sure that she didn’t disappoint her fans and fashionistas with her unconventional style picks.
Scintillating gowns, perky dresses and power suits, Miss Advani was a real head-turner in all of them!
And here's a shout out to all of these beautiful actresses who surely grabbed our attention with their unique style and unconventional dressing!
