Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy tie the knot the Rajasthani way!

2018's first TV couple to get hitched, Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy whisk away to Rajasthan for their private destination wedding.

And like any traditional wedding, the two celebrated pre-wedding traditions. Be it the sangeet, Mehendi or the cocktail night, this couple did not fail to give us serious relationship goals.

With the shubh day finally there, the two tied the knot surrounded by all the Rajasthani grandeur. The wedding which took place in Alwar at Tijara Fort Palace was decked up for the big fat Indian Wedding.

While Gautam donned a golden sherwai and turban along with a floral sehra, the bride looked jaw dropingly gorgeous in her red wedding trousseau.

Earlier when asked about their wedding, Gautam said, "I feel lucky to have found a life partner like her. We share the same wavelength and she has fit into my family perfectly."

While Pankhuri added, "The families have wholeheartedly welcomed our union. In Gautam, I have found the answer to all my dreams. I’m eagerly looking forward to the most important phase of my life. Our families will sit together and decide the date. It will be sometime next year."
