It was a night filled with stars, celebs and of course – high fashion! The GQ Fashion Nights held at Taj Lands End, over the weekend, was more than what we could have ever imagined. While the paps clicked the who’s who of the industry and our beloved celebs as they walked for the country’s leading style beacons, it was the Padmavati stars that set tongues wagging.

Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor without a doubt made jaws drop and heads turn at this fashionable event.

Here is our haute round up of the ultra-glam night.

Deepika Padukone

Deepika made us swoon as she graced the second day of GQ Fashion Nights. Clad in risqué Sabyasachi saree and chandelier earrings, she was everything we could only dream of. From the deep neck blouse to the waist clinching belt, Padukone looked like a dream come true. The Om Shanti Om actress has always been known for on-point style statements (CC: Shaleena Nathani), but this look right here, raises the bar ten levels higher.

Say HELLO to Sandhya Shekar and Yianni Tsapatori who’ve helped our damsel slay in beauty and hair department, as well.

Shahid Kapoor

If Rani Padmavati is pulling all stops to ace the fashion game, then how can Maharawal Ratan Singh aka Shahid be left far behind? Sasha, who walked the ramp for designer Gaurav Gupta, kept his Maharaja fierce mode on and killed it on the runway, as well. Plus, those hand accessories were beyond drool-worthy.

Clearly, the King and Queen are winning hearts, all over the country.

Also spotted were Shamita Shetty, Bruna Abdullah, Shibani Dandekar, Ayushmann Khurrana, Mitali and Summiya – House Of Misu, Nishka Lulla Mehra to name a few.

Shibani Dandekar looked chirpy as always, clad in head-to-toe Dhruv Kapoor. Doesn’t this striped dress take you back to what Sonakshi Sinha had worn, just a while ago?
