With award season in full-swing, we expect our celebs to go big. The poofier and dreamier, the better! Yes, it’s a green signal for our A-listers to put on their thinking caps, experiment and stun us with something completely out-of-the-box! New normal, as they as! But when we say new normal, some of our celebs translate it into ‘abnormal’. While we’re all for stepping out of your comfort zone, some borders shouldn’t be crossed! Here’s a quick round of celebs that took the risk, but didn’t quite succeed!

Here’s hoping for our A-listers to keep taking risks and hopefully conquering, someday!

Swara Bhaskar

The Veere Di Wedding actress stepped out in an Avaro Figlio ensemble and Mahesh Notandass baubles. We’re all for modern art meets fashion, but what we fail to understand is the overly done smokey eye makeup. Though we’re all for the outfit, Sawara’s beauty team clearly needs to up their game.

Urvashi Rautela

Clad in a Belluccio bridal gown and accessories by Anmol Jewellers, Urvashi’s sartorial and beauty choices didn’t go down too well, at Peeping Moon office. Doesn’t this ensemble give you déjà vu to Kareena’s Galia Lahav gown at the Filmfare Glamour and Style Awards?
Is Urvashi trying to copy Bebo’s style? We’ll let you decide!

Taapsee Pannu

We love everything about this risqué Pankaj and Nidhi ensemble, but, those underpants got to go!

If Kim Kardashian can step out in riskier and bolder outfits without a peek-a-boo of her underpants, then so can our B-town A-listers! Looks like Taapsee needs a 101 sartorial class with Kimmye!

Daisy Shah

We love this lady, but her sartorial choices are seriously questionable! When your beauty game is completely on-point, maybe a little work on the sartorial front, as well!

Vidya Balan

The actress, who’s been killing it on-screen, wowed us with her saree collection while promoting Tumhari Sulu. But this look right here failed to impress us. With so much going on, from the prints to the beaded clutch, to the heavy makeup, we’re not sure what to look at!
